England next best, Belgium, Denmark & Spain make up the rest
The UEFA EURO 2020 Team of the Tournament includes five players from the tournament's winners, Italy, and three from the tournament's runners-up, England. A player from each of Belgium, Denmark, and Spain round out the lineup, which was chosen by UEFA's technical observer team.
Italy goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma was named as the UEFA EURO 2020 Player of the Tournament, while 18-year-old Spanish midfielder Pedri won the Young Player of the Tournament award, and both are included in the line-up.
The technical observers selected a 4-3-3 formation, which was one of the most commonly used throughout the tournament.
