8 Women teams and 16 Men teams to vye for Beti Suraksha Abhiyan Cup from tomorrow
Pune: Eight women and sixteen men local football clubs affiliated to the PDFA will lock-horns in the Beti Suraksha Abhiyan Cup at the Don Bosco Youth Centre, Koregaon Park on 22nd & 23rd April 2023.
The tournament conducted by the Foundation Free A Girl (India) In Association with AFA Samford Club has organised "Beti Suraksha Abhiyaan Cup" under Poona District Football Association (PDFA) at Don Bosco Youth Centre Koregaon Park, Pune is a 9-a-side tournament that will be played on a knock-out basis.
The final is slated for Sunday, 23rd April 2023.
The teams lined up for the women’s tournament include Aspire FC, BETA Sports Club, Commandos, Deccan XI, Diego Juniors, KMP, Pune Pioneers and Pune Soccer Club
The teams lined up for the men's tournament include 3 teams from Super Division, 1 from the First, 4 from Second Division and 8 from Third Division.
